Many audiovisual and social media productions are filmed at Santa Claus Cottage and at our authentic Porovaara reindeer farm, located in a peaceful setting only about 20 km (a 15-minute drive) from Rovaniemi city centre and 25 km from Santa Claus Village. Santa Claus Cottage and the reindeer farm can also be rented for productions, under certain conditions and subject to availability. The Cottage has a christmassy look day and night, and its surroundings are free from urban disturbance. Santa Claus himself may also be available as a guest in your production, depending on the circumstances and the profile of the production.

Our trained reindeer are selected for their calm temperament and are accustomed to working with cameras and drones. Porovaara Reindeer Hill is also well suited to drone filming, as the surrounding forest is sparsely populated and far enough from Rovaniemi Airport (over 15 km). We also have trails for reindeer rides, which work well for filming.
